I arrived in Houston on 7/7/77 not knowing a soul and fell in love with this City over the last 46 years. It isn’t who you know in this City, it’s what you do that counts. I saw huge opportunity during Houston’s major economic recession in Commercial Real Estate during the mid ’80s and was licensed in Commercial RE in 1986.

My youth was spent living overseas as a corporate dependent, which gave me the opportunity to learn Spanish and Portuguese. I attended The Rectory and Cheshire Academy in New England and graduated from the University of Miami in ’74 with a Degree in Communications. I have three sons, Schuyler, a professional poker player in Vegas; Chad, who owns Sterling Construction, and Sean a recent graduate at Texas A&M and is learning the real estate business.

Current hobbies of mine include sailing, gardening, and traveling including recently using our RV to see the country. I volunteered with various youth programs as a coach/umpire in sports leagues through the years and served in various community organizations including President of the Westbriar Middle School Athletic Booster Club and over 25 years as a director in various HOA’s and am currently as a Treasurer for my POA.
